About the Program

A real-world, quarterly initiative where students launch and market their innovative products by drafting their pitch, drive awareness for their project on social media, and much more. Generates STEM awareness among other kids. This helps develop marketing skills, business communication, and real-world business idea pitching experience.

My Experience

My Experience Building the Theater Soundbox taught me that coding is a creative tool, just like a paintbrush or a musical instrument. I learned how to use logic to control "The Entertainer" melody and how to make an RGB LED respond to my commands. Presenting my project helped me realize that I can use technology to make the things I love—like theater—even more exciting.

As a 9-year-old innovator, I developed the Theater Soundbox. It’s a dedicated control center for stage effects. By using the micro:bit’s pin logo as a sensor and programming specific buttons for sound cues, I created a way for performers to manage their own background music and lighting with a single touch.

About the Program

Hands-on workshops are conducted in communities to inspire young learners in STEM. These workshops help develop leadership, mentorship, and community engagement skills.

My Experience

I had the opportunity to lead a workshop where I showed other kids how sounds and lights can be controlled with code. Explaining how an "if-statement" works to my 20+ participants helped me master the concept myself.

This experience helped me find my own voice. I went from being a student who was nervous about being heard to a confident leader who can guide a group through a creative brainstorming session. It taught me that leading isn't about having all the answers, but about asking the right questions.
